Video Surveillance Privacy Notice

1. Purpose
With this notice, which supplements the simplified notice referred to in Article 3 below, – pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter: GDPR) and Article 3.1 of the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Provision on video surveillance of 8 April 2010 – we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data, collected and processed through the video surveillance systems in operation at the premises of Golf Club Folgaria in Maso Spilzi, in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation.

2. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer
The Data Controller is Golf Club Folgaria, Maso Spilzi premises, located in Costa di Folgaria, e-mail address: segreteria@golfclubfolgaria.it. The Data Protection Officer is the President of ASD Golf Club Folgaria.

3. Simplified Notice pursuant to Article 3.1 of the Video Surveillance Provision
Le zone videosorvegliate sono segnalate con appositi cartelli, conformemente all’art. 3.1 del Provvedimento videosorveglianza, chiaramente visibili in ogni condizione di illuminazione ambientale, ove sono anche richiamate le finalità perseguite. Tali cartelli sono collocati prima del raggio di azione delle telecamere.

4. Categories of Data Processed
For the purposes described in Article 5 below, the Data Controller processes your personal data consisting of images captured by the video surveillance system.

5. Purpose of Processing
The video surveillance systems have been installed for the following purposes:

- ensuring the safety of individuals accessing the premises in any capacity;

- protecting the association’s assets.

6. Legal Basis for Processing
The video surveillance activity is based on the legitimate interest of the association in carrying out processing for the purposes indicated in this notice (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Types of Data Subject to Processing
In relation to the purposes set out in point 5, only personal data obtained from the video surveillance system will be processed, namely images captured by the system. Pursuant to the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Provision of 8 April 2010, for the purposes of protecting the association’s assets and ensuring the safety of individuals, the consent of data subjects is not required.

8. Processing Methods and Image Retention
Data collected through the video surveillance system are processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency. For the sole purposes indicated in point 5, images recorded by the cameras are retained for a period not exceeding 72 hours. Personal data will not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling.

9. Recipients or Categories of Recipients of Personal Data.
The processed data, being solely collected, will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, nor transferred outside the European Union. Technical assistance is provided by the company supplying the system, responsible for maintenance, which operates through its own personnel specifically authorized to access the system only to the extent strictly necessary for proper functioning and maintenance activities, always in the presence and with the assistance of an authorized representative of the association.

10. Data Subject Rights
You have the right to exercise all rights granted under Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller using the contact details provided above, including for any requests for information or clarification. Furthermore, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not compliant with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), based in Piazza di Monte Citorio, 121 – 00186 Rome, following the procedures and instructions available on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.

This notice may be supplemented with additional information, also in light of regulatory changes or provisions issued by the European Commission and the Italian Data Protection Authority.
